Ralph currently has 18 plus years of Basketball training experience, and 15 years of AAU Elite Coaching Experience. He is one of a few that have coached on all 3 National Basketball Circuits - Adidas 3SSB, Nike EYBL, and Under Armour GUAA. Ralph believes that confidence on the court comes from your skills training and emphasizes the mindset that how you train is how you play. His training focuses on fundamentals, footwork, fast-paced game speed, shooting, dribbling, and most importantly defensive strategies.

His playing experience includes a 4-year Varsity letterman as a point guard at Creekview High School from 1999 to 2002, where he was awarded "Defensive Player of the Year" 3 out of the 4 years, leading the 2001 season in assists for District 6-5A. During his early years, he was also honored with the Commissioner's Award at OU Basketball Camp. He graduated from Point Guard Basketball College in the Summer of 2001, and continued on to play Division 2 basketball at the University of Central Oklahoma. He Graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and a Masters Degree from the University of Dallas in Sports Management.
